NNL to Host Annual General Meeting This September

The Nigeria National League (NNL) is set to convene its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in September 2024, where it will officially welcome clubs participating in the upcoming 2024/2025 season.

This meeting follows the recent conclusion of the NNL season, during which twelve clubs were relegated to the National League One (NLO), and four clubs were promoted to the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).

NNL Chairman George Aluo confirmed that this AGM will serve as a platform to discuss the league's performance and future strategies, emphasizing the board's commitment to enhancing the competitive standards of Nigerian football. The meeting is anticipated to address key issues, including club registrations, operational guidelines, and the overall direction of the league for the new season.

With the NNL aiming for improvements and increased competitiveness, the AGM is expected to set the tone for an exciting football season ahead.
