AGN Suspends Halima Abubakar for Alleged Professional Misconduct

 

The Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) has indefinitely suspended actress Halima Abubakar due to allegations of professional misconduct. Following a two-year investigation, the AGN found her guilty of spreading false information about colleagues, including claims of extramarital affairs involving prominent individuals.

The suspension prohibits Abubakar from participating in any AGN activities or filming. The Guild has also indicated that other female members are under investigation for similar allegations. Abubakar will face the National Disciplinary Committee to determine further consequences for her actions.
