Edo: "Don't Conceal Information from Transition Committee," Warns Gov Obaseki

 

The Edo State Joint Transition Committee, led by Dr. Pius Odubu, has urged the outgoing administration of Governor Godwin Obaseki to provide full transparency during the transition process. During their inaugural meeting, Odubu emphasized the importance of sharing all relevant information and documents to ensure a seamless handover to the incoming government of Senator Monday Okpebholo.

Odubu cautioned against any attempts to withhold data, stating, "Let’s not try to hide information so that the incoming government will be well briefed." The committee aims to facilitate a smooth transition as Edo State prepares for a change in leadership on November 12, 2024.
