Basketmouth: "I Am Not Leaving Comedy for Movies"

Nigerian comedian Basketmouth, whose real name is Bright Okpocha, has clarified that he does not intend to abandon his comedy career for filmmaking.

During a recent interview, he acknowledged his plans to explore other entertainment avenues, including music and film, but emphasized that comedy will remain a core part of his identity.

 He expressed a desire to balance his various interests while continuing to deliver quality comedic performances. Despite contemplating a shift in focus over the next five years, he reassured fans that comedy would always be integral to his career.
