Activist Calls for Postponement of Ohanaeze Elections Scheduled for January 10

 

Rev. Obinna Akukwe, a prominent activist and Director General of the Igbo Mandate Congress, has advocated for the postponement of the Ohanaeze Ndigbo elections set for January 10, 2025. 

He argues that the elections should be delayed to ensure a more inclusive and transparent process, allowing for broader participation among the Igbo community.

 Akukwe's call comes amid concerns regarding the current electoral preparations and the need for unity within the organization. 

His stance highlights ongoing discussions about leadership and governance in Ohanaeze Ndigbo.
