FUNAAB VC Urges Nigerians to Embrace Farming to Combat Hunger

 

Prof. Babatunde Kehinde, the Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), has called on Nigerians to engage in farming as a crucial step towards ending hunger. 

He emphasized that reliance on others for farm produce is insufficient and that collective commitment to agriculture is necessary to address food insecurity. 

Kehinde's appeal aligns with broader efforts to enhance food production and security in Nigeria, highlighting the importance of individual and community involvement in farming to ensure sustainable food availability.
