Mercy Chinwo Takes Legal Action Against Ex-Manager for Diverting $345K in Royalties

 

Gospel singer Mercy Chinwo has filed a lawsuit against her former manager, Ezekiel Onyedikachukwu, accusing him of diverting $345,000 in royalties from her digital platforms and events. 

Chinwo claims that Onyedikachukwu received these funds without proper disclosure and failed to remit her rightful share. 

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has intervened, securing an arrest warrant for Onyedikachukwu after attempts to locate him for questioning were unsuccessful. 

The case is set for arraignment on January 24, 2025, as the EFCC aims to address the allegations of financial misconduct against him.
