Buhari tells Nigerians, "We did our best in eight years."


President Muhammadu Buhari asserted on Wednesday that his organization completed unequivocally, saying, "we put forth a valiant effort."

In a valedictory session of the Federal Executive Council (FEC), Buhari, who leaves office in a few days, demanded that his cabinet remain in place until May 29, 2023.

He made the most of the opportunity to express his appreciation for the support and loyalty of the State House staff, who had worked with him for the previous eight years.

Buhari likewise held onto the event to thank every one of the priests for their immovability in seeking after the objectives of the organization.

He urged them to provide the incoming president, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, with similar support from outside the government.

He continued, "I am proud to say we gave our best."

He encouraged the priests to clean up their work and stay away from somewhat late surges that could think twice about great deeds they had done throughout the long term.

He noted that God deserved praise for keeping the team together while attributing all of his administration's good work and good will to God's intervention.

Additionally, the incoming president stated that he looked forward to "disproving that Daura has not become too distant because I am no longer Mr. President" with "a great many of you."

He stated, " I will likewise be glad to do the numerous things that I have not had the option to since May 29th, 2015, one of such is my #1 leisure activity of dealing with my dairy cattle."
