The Super Eagles of Nigeria advance to the quarterfinals of AFCON after defeating Cameroon.

 

In the AFCON tournament, the Super Eagles of Nigeria secured their spot in the quarterfinals by defeating Cameroon 2-0. 

The Naija stars delivered a stellar performance, with Atlanta winger Ademola Lookman scoring in the first half with an assist from Napoli striker Victor Osimhen at the Stade Felix Houphouet-Boigny. 

Lookman struck again in the second half, this time assisted by Calvin Bassey.

 Nigeria is set to face Angola in the quarterfinals, aiming to progress further in the competition.
