WAFCON 2024: Nigeria's Super Falcons Drawn in Group B with Tunisia, Algeria, and Botswana




Nigeria's Super Falcons will compete in Group B of the 2024 Women's Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON), facing Tunisia, Algeria, and Botswana. 

The draw took place at the Mohammed VI Technical Centre in Sale, Morocco. 

Nigeria, a nine-time champion, is favored to lead the group but will encounter strong competition from their North African opponents. 

The tournament is scheduled for July 5-26, 2025. 

The top two teams from each group, along with the best third-placed teams, will advance to the knockout stage.
