Kwara State Warns Public Against Avian Influenza Outbreak

 

The Kwara State Government has issued a public alert regarding the outbreak of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) in Nigeria. 

Following a recent case in Kebbi State, Kwara authorities are urging residents to be vigilant and report any signs of illness in birds, such as sudden deaths, respiratory distress, or a drop in egg production.

 Poultry farmers are advised to implement strict biosecurity measures to prevent the spread of the disease.
