Microsoft Reverts Bing Image Creator Model Amid User Backlash

 

Microsoft is rolling back its recent update to the Bing Image Creator, reverting from the DALL-E 3 PR16 model to the previous PR13 version. 

This decision follows widespread user complaints about a decline in image quality, with many describing outputs as unrealistic and cartoonish since the upgrade on December 18. 

Jordi Ribas, head of search at Microsoft, acknowledged the issues and stated that the rollback process may take several weeks to complete
