The company emphasized that it has never sold Siri data or made it available for advertising purposes. Apple reiterated its commitment to user privacy, stating that any data collected is solely for improving Siri's functionality. 

This clarification follows a recent $95 million class action settlement related to privacy concerns, reinforcing Apple's longstanding privacy policies and practices regarding Siri.
