Nigeria is Bleeding," Says Adamawa Governor Fintiri Amid Economic Hardship
Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State has expressed deep concern over the current economic situation in Nigeria, stating, "Nigeria is bleeding, we are suffering, there is too much anger." His remarks came during a meeting of the Peoples Democratic Party's (PDP) National Reconciliation Committee with governors from the North East region.

He urged the government to reevaluate these policies to alleviate the suffering of the populace. The governor emphasized the need for governance based on trust and accountability, highlighting that leadership is a privilege that should not lead to further pain for citizens.
