  - Senator Lanre Tejuoso has been appointed as the new Pro-Chancellor, moving from his previous role at the University of Agriculture, Makurdi.

  - Professor Patricia Manko will serve as Acting Vice-Chancellor for a six-month term but will not be eligible to apply for the substantive position when it becomes available.

## Leadership Changes at UNN

- **Removal of Acting Vice-Chancellor**: Professor Polycarp Chigbu was removed before his tenure ended on February 14.

- **New Appointments**:

  - Professor Oguejiofu Ujam has been appointed as Acting Vice-Chancellor for six months and is ineligible for a permanent appointment.

  - General Ike Nwachukwu has been reassigned to become Pro-Chancellor at the University of Uyo.
